Divas and Drooligans Store Policies:

 

Payment Methods:

Payments are accepted in the form of secure credit card transactions of the following:

Mastercard, VISA, and Discover Card.

 

Shipping:

Flat Rate Shipping Price of $5.95 is applied to all orders up to $99.99

FREE shipping is offered for any order exceeding $100.00

Above order amounts exclude tax; merchandise totals are indicated.

 

Orders and Processing Times:

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of placement. Divas and Drooligans will make every effort to keep available inventory updated on our site, but if there is ever an unforseen delay or backorder, our valued customers will be notified in a timely manner. After orders are processed and shipped, they should be received within approximately 2-3 days and will usually be shipped via USPS. Please contact us at your earliest convenience if an item has not been received within 7 business days of order placement so that we may investigate the delay.

Returns:

Divas and Drooligans accepts returns if we are contacted via email within 14 days of order placement, provided the processing and shipping times outlined above. Additionally, all merchandise must be in brand-new, unused condition, in original packaging, and has any applicable tags still attached. Given the timely manner of returns, please inspect all merchandise upon receiving it and contact us if there are any problems or damages. Upon contacting us by email, you will receive the necessary Return Authorization Number (RA#) that will be required to return merchandise. Please note that any merchandise returned without prior authorization and the approprate RA# will not be accepted. In most evry case, returns will be issued a full refund or store credit in the dollar amount of the purchased merchandise, less the original shipping cost. Additionally, buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. RA# must be clearly printed on the outside of the parcel and return shipping address will be stated upon receipt of RA#.

At this time, Divas and Drooligans does not carry any custom-order or personalized merchandise, but in the event that such orders become available, merchandise will be reviewed for return on an individual basis at the discretion of our management. The same policy applies for defective merchandise and welcome our customers to contact us immediately with any quality issues that need review. We will do our best to accomodate any circumstance of this sort, again at the discretion of our management.

For sanitary reasons, nursing pads and nursing covers are non-returnable. If you have any questions about this part of our return policy, please contact customer service prior to placing order.

Divas and Drooligans reserves the right to make changes to any of the above policies at any time, but the policies stated on this page will be honored according to time of order placement.
