Our tutus are made in the USA. Choose Infant or Toddler Size. Special note: your tutu will come with our "just add water!" instructions... simply wet the tutu with cool water, shake to dry, lay on a flat surface in a circular shape, and comb with fingers. Once tutu is completely dry, just fluff and enjoy!
